Having created a mental blueprint, we transfer the design to a page: planning the piece to scale and creating a map to follow during its crafting.

Each piece of wood is expertly and precisely cut to support the unique design.

Mortise and tenon joints, utilized for thousands of years in woodworking, are used to connect the individual pieces of wood. These pieces are then assembled without gluing to ensure each fits perfectly.

We inspect all elements and disassemble the draft. Our team reassembles the pieces, affixing them with wood glue.

Assembled and dry, the piece is now ready to be sanded and stained. Care is taken to finish the piece impeccably, achieving pride in completion.
